Helpful staff, good explanation and advice on the equipment. They are having Aug promotion so few items have ran out of stock cause they are really cheap than usual. Will come back for other items soon.

not so great experience with fitness concept's staff. I thought icity was meh. Same here. Tanya sepatah jawab sepatah. their body language and facial expression shows disinterested when potential customers asking questions. Maybe if I have a signboard says my budget is 10 to 20k will pique their interest.
