Very bad attitude and disrespectful supervisor. The guy who attended me initially is good and behaved however the supervisor was with bad attitude and had no intention to check on the questions i asked instead replied as if she is not interested at all with my purchase. So I tend to leave the store.

not the most helpful staffs unfortunately. regretted my rushed purchase here. made payment and collected but didn't give me any information record sheet on my glasses specs, brand, power etc. not sure if staffs are not well informed or just ignorant

Very terrible service and attitude when i enquire about free acuvue sample. Coz I'm not coming to pay? Well was going to buy at the same shop after try but now will never.

I asked if they are selling lens cloth and they gave it for free.. they also give me an additonal lens spray.. the store staff are very nice :) thank you..

Visited the store with my wife for a new spec and the branch manager who served us is knowledgeable. We were able to pick up the new spec within the same day. The service is top notched and I highly recommend visiting this store.
