Bad experience while putting on screen protector, one of the male shopkeeper keep using his phone and talking to his friend by voice message while doing my screen protector, after a long time he show me that my phone have 2 bubble after everything. He said that its my phone’s problem but my phone is new. However i did pay for it, and after i went back i still mad at it because he blame my phone instead of admit his poor skill so i went back and ask him to change a new one. He called his boss and tell his boss before i leave there’s no bubble??! However after a long time dealing with his boss i manage to get a change with me and my cousin starring at him while he put on the protector, and there was no bubble that time. Well i guess its not my phone’s problem 🙂

Big shout out to the staff wearing green shirt, she is the one who actually helped me with my sales, but there were 3 other staff gossiping about work. I originally came and ask for help from them but they sent me off to another staff and continue gossiping. such an unprofessional & rude staff, if the management could do me a favor, please retrain your staff immediately. Visited on oct 20th 2023
