The first time I went here, I was so frustrated I almost cried (or I did) because it was around 6pm and the burgers and milkshakes were already out of order. …

For my personal experience, it could have been better. It has a nice outlet with great ambience and decor but what’s missing is the food. Burger could have been so much better. The sauce is good and my only comment is the patty, it doesn’t …

Gigi Coffee expands into a diner serving up burgers and milkshakes. Very American Diner-esque interior to transport you to the US of A. Could have …

The burger & drink is delicious! One pax can spent around rm 30+ to get 1 burger & 1 drink. Burger dia size okay la, tak Besar tak kecik, cuma chicken dia is just chicken pieces. Overall not bad place to chill & date. But table ada tak clean, so need to clean sendiri.

I was surprised to see Gigi Coffee offering more than just coffee on their menu. I really enjoy their coffee—it’s better than other coffee chain stores. My rating is solely for the coffee, as I haven’t tried their food yet.

Saw the extremely low rating but decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I'm attracted to diner-style restaurants so I got myself a burger and one of the limited - time drinks here. The staff was pleasant and seemed to know her …

I am a HUGE Gigi Coffee, mind you, and this place really really disappointed me. I’ve been wanting to try this place for so so long since it first opened. Now that I finally moved back to Klang Valley, and since we happened to be in town, we thought we would just give this place a try. The ambience looked good, typical American retro diner. The diner is a bit small, which is fine because they had seats outdoor as well. Anyways so yea we went inside (there were 5 of us ie. 2 adults and 2 schoolgoing kids and 1 toddler in a stroller), ALL the booths were occupied. Two-thirds of it were just people sitting with their drinks and playing with their phones. The booth at the back most was occupied by this one Indian girl, sitting in the corner of the booth, buried in her phone. She sat there for quite a long time with her ONE drink, playing with her phone. We on the other hand (with our stroller) had to sit at the side table with the bar stools because no one seemed to be moving. My husband and I were contemplating whether we should ask that girl if we could sit there since she was alone and wasnt eating but we werent sure about her so-called mental state at that moment since she literally just sat there and played with her phone. So yea we ordered our food at the counter. The Chinese girl at the counter was okay and helpful. After that we waited, at the side table, on the bar stools, with our bulky stroller, and a toddler jumping around, waiting and hoping for other customers to leave. Finally after what looked like 30 minutes, one family finally left and we moved to their booth. After 5-10 minutes later, that Indian girl got up and left the booth at the back. Talk about being selfish and inconsiderate. Anyways, finally our food arrived. The burgers looked great but tasted mehh. Ive definitely had better elsewhere. With that kinda price, that would’ve probably been my first and last. The fries tasted like those fries you buy at local hawker stalls or food court (No offense to local hawkers stalls and food court). Disappointing. The drinks were okay. Nothing great about it. The highlight has got to be the soy sauce chicken wings. The chicken was probably refried. The soy sauce tasted like Jalen thick soy sauce with sprinkled sesame seed. It was the worst chicken wings Ive ever tasted in my life. Couldnt even finish the whole meal. For that kinda price, not worth it at all! Finally, as we were about to leave, we walked past the counter. And to our surprise, that Indian girl sitting at the booth was actually working in the kitchen! The nerve! I asked my husband if he wanted to confront her or talk to the manager. But he was too disappointed that he just wanted to leave the place asap. So yea, that was our first and last experience here. No wonder there’s only one branch in Malaysia. I’ll stick to buying their Buttercream Latte only after this 😅 From, A very disappointed loyal customer.

Pros: Tried the classic beef burger, and honestly, it was really good. For the price, you get a burger, a side, and a coffee—definitely worth it. The coffee was solid …

Service is not bad compared to other reviews here. Classic burger was okay. Great ambience, beautiful retro diner interior design. Drinks are good like any other branch. But probably wouldn’t get this burger again.
