The hall is spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient, the food is tasty, and the staff are really helpful. They also follow proper SOPs when preparing the food, which is great to see. Kudos to the GSC team, especially the IOI Mall Damansara branch.

We watched a movie here. The entrance was nice with drinks, popcorn and other food on sale. The cinema was clean and seats comfortable. The screen was clear and sound system good. Unfortunately, the walk to exit to reach the mall was long and down many levels of stairs. This is not convenient for elderly or those with disabilities.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. The environment was clean and organized, and the waiting time was minimal. Prices are reasonable and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Wide and spacious. Things look spick and span. Just that hall 2 smelled musty when I walked in. Another weird observation is the locked power sockets at the 'lounge' area. Obviously meant for a 'work' area, but I guess they changed their mind.
