Concession / Pick up counter slow as molasses. I missed 30 minutes of the movie I paid good money for! If you don't want people bringing in food from the outside, then give a better service than us just simply bringing in food and enjoying the movie! I'd like a refund!

GSC Mid Valley Megamall is a convenient, reliable cinema with clean halls, comfy seats, and solid screen/sound quality. Ticketing is smooth and staff are generally helpful. It can get crowded on weekends and snack prices are on the high side so 4 stars. but i would happily return for another movie.
