Waiting for the bus to Singapore at NU Sentral was smooth and convenient. The area is clean and organized, with clear directions. Big thanks for giving free toilet access—a rare and much-appreciated facility while waiting. Makes the travel experience a lot more comfortable!

Worse experience ever. Toilet is leaking cinema hall is not even been done any sanitary an allow customer to enter. So unhygienic. Informed staff they were helpful but unfortunately they just clean a roll whereby don’t bother to re sanitised the whole hall. Please keep your cleanses
