Unfortunately, my experience at this Hammam spa was very disappointing, mainly due to poor hospitality and an underwhelming overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite arriving on time, there was no proper greeting, no beverage offered, and no effort to make guests feel comfortable or valued. First impressions already set a negative tone. The spa treatment itself was average at best. While the massage portion was decent, the bath and spa experience felt rushed and very casually done. For the price paid, the overall experience did not feel refined or worth the cost, it was simply mid. Also, I felt like my hair was not properly washed and was left soaking wet before being sent straight into the massage room. Lying down for an hour with wet hair in an air conditioning room was uncomfortable and poorly thought out, showing a lack of attention to guest comfort. After the session ended, there was again no hospitality, no tea, no check-in, no one walking me out or acknowledging the end of the experience. The service felt transactional from start to finish. Overall, the lack of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made this an unpleasant visit. Given the pricing and expectations, I would not recommend this spa. Definitely not returning.
