I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I purchased a hard drive online and waited a full day for the “ready for collection” email, which never arrived. I had to call the shop myself just to find out the item was already ready for pickup. I collected it on 30 November. Since then, I have spent 10 days requesting a simple invoice, something every shop should provide without delay. I have called customer service three times and emailed three times, yet I still have not received it. This should not be such a difficult or time-consuming process. Today, I called the shop contact and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. When I tried calling back, no one answered my calls. It is unacceptable to make customers chase after something as basic as an invoice. I hope the shop takes this matter seriously and improves its customer service and internal processes. Customers should not have to waste so much time following up on something so simple.
