The clinic is very clean and well organized. They all speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. They provided all the receipts, documents I needed to claim back the costs for my German health insurance. I would recommend the clinic to all foreign travellers and also locals.

The lack of empathy I experienced here was deeply disappointing. I will never be coming back. Patients deserve to be heard and respond with compassion, not skepticism. Comparing your patient’s menses routine with your own is unacceptably rude. Good for you that you’re able to work when you’re on your period. Disgusting attitude.
