Bought the 2 pillows and one of the pillow got quality problems. Sent back to the outlet in 1u and refused for exchange. Plus the store PIC standing in the cashier was very rude. Regretted to buy here. Should go back to Hartamas there where the staffs are more friendly and helpful.

The staff acted like I owed them a million dollars, and the service was absolutely terrible. They all seemed so unwilling to help. I wanted to buy a towel but was told I couldn't even open it. How am I supposed to know the size then? Completely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
