Refused to acknowledge and rectify solution after going back a day after purchasing. Apparently, sample was sold after i notify. Had to travel far and upon checking other branch there is no such apparent/extensive extra fabric. Left me no choice and had to send for my own alterations.

besides the Akemi/JeanPerry/other more pricy range, they also hv some good quality cushions, travel quilts and some mix and match pillow covers for reasonable price.

Extremely appalling customer service. Discriminating against children as they did not allow entrance (with a parent present). Instead of handling the situation appropriately, staff were rude and condescending - will not be coming back
