Staff is very friendly, and counter service is fast, which will be granted for 5 star. As counter service is located at 1st floor, visitor have to use staircase, but risers is too high, with slippery tiles & easy to slip. Thus, for safety issue and convenience to visitor will be granted 2 star only.

Had a good experience in Mid Valley branch almost 2 years. Ms. Chloe Tan, the Operation Manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She always help us to solve the company's accounts problems. Her follow-up afterwards was also prompt and thoughtful.
