If the staffs don’t really like people trying out the scents item with the ‘Try me’ on, please get rid of the ‘try me’ instead of staring at customers who just wanted to try the scents and actually buy them. Just try to ask questions as well but got side eyed.. It’s really rude and staffs act it like the shop is so high class…

Very disappointed with their Thurman Luxury Down Pillow. The quality is very poor — I just bought it, but the feathers inside are sharp and keep poking out while I sleep, making it very uncomfortable. To make things worse, it cannot be exchanged. Definitely not worth buying.
