Very very bad customer service. The salesperson ( especially the chinese guy with glasses and short hair) is very rude and often fiddle with his phone while serving his customer. Replies with loud tone when explaining the issue. Not helpful at all and strongly will not recommend future buyers to visit this outlet ever again.

Bought my laptop here because harvey norman always had no stock of a specific model i want. The prices are reasonable and staff was friendly, patient and helpful when setting up my account and laptop. Definitely reccomend coming here if you are buying your first laptop (compared to the other shops in one u :))
