Overall very good service. However, staffs are not advisable to chat before the customer leaves. Perception of talking behind customer's back.

The service is excellent and faster. The staff is very nice and friendly. The technician did a very good job on repaired my broken phone. Overall is good service. Recommend for those who used Huawei phone. Good

Went to repair my phone but after checking was told need to change lots of parts and estimated cost RM 700-800. Decided not to repair and went to another repair shop at Lotus's and managed to get it done for RM 200

Came here to change battery (RM99). Initially, the staff took the phone. After a while, the staff changed their mind. Didn't want to take risk to change battery. Told me they can't do anything. So, indirectly hint to me, buy a new phone. I'm amazed of such new way of doing business...
