I had an incredible experience with Charlynn. She is extremely professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire ear cleaning session. Her technique is not only skillful but also very relaxing — I felt completely at ease the whole time. The environment was clean and comfortable, and she took great care to make sure everything was done safely and thoroughly. After the session, I felt refreshed, light, and so much more relaxed. Tried once and the female therapist is not being honest. My ears inside is clean but she lie that I got some dirt inside. When I ask her to show me on the spot, she giving excuse said throw away already. Get charged hundred plus for nothing. Not recommend
