New team not well trained and facial provided without massaging to neck and shoulder. Agreed with Jasmine below. Last treatment and no need to sign for new package.

What a bad experiance here.Push me to top up my facial from RM38 to RM238 some more forgot to do my eye brow triming. The floor was full of water after my facial done.

Beautician Jassy is very unprofessional!!! I have been to many beauty salons and been treated by many beauticians over the years. I have never encountered a beautician with such bad experience, no patience, rude, bad attitude. Extraction was terrible in pain and it doesn’t clear well!!!
