Bad customer service ( 4 August around 5:30pm ) . A malay girl staff ( the free hair ones) lookes you up and down. And doesnt even help to assist eventho saw the customer struggle to take the shoes. She just looked and doing nothing.

The customer service was quite unpleasant. One of the staff, a girl free hair, was muttering as if she was angry and buat muka dekat cust. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary in front of customers. I hope the management can address this and help improve her attitude.
