Very friendly staff, everyone in the shop. I'm new in pipe smoking, and he explained everything to me patiently. Ended up, I bought my first Peterson pipe and very nice tobacco there.

Please be careful purchase cigar from this kamelah branch, make sure the product purchased are clean. I had a very bad experience.

only spent 2 mins in the shop but service was underwhelming. staff couldnt put up a smile/talk politely for that 2 mins. dont work in customer service if you cant provide the service.

Went to get a tobacco for pipe and the person in charge shared some info in getting the pipe cleaned esp after more than 10yrs not in use. Quite cooperative if you tell them your situation.
