the lady with blonde hair, working on 21/12/24 night shift, very rude!! shop close at 10 , i came they still hv time 18mins before 10.. she suddenly want to become a teacher and ask me to come early !! hello u still hv time 18mins , even other store at mv also will close at least 9.55pm ! dont WORK THERE IF DONT WANT ATTEND CUST !

I was there to get some cigars, I asked whether they have Upmann, her response was so was 'No' ( in a rude way) and she was not attentive or supportive. And I left the shop.

It’s my first time to buy cigar for my uncle and served by shopkeeper named Joy who enthusiastically explained and recommended the most appropriate cigar to meet my requirement. Overall her service attitude is great which caused me a pleasure shopping experience there.
