Shopkeeper blatantly tried to lie when asked to give brand new butane gas instead of the ones used to refill and test lighters. When confronted tried to pin the blame on the customer instead of apologising and admitting fault. Bad customer service.

Please don’t judge book by its cover your customer. This one male staff looks down on me like i dont have any knowledge about cigar. Please make sure treat your customer polite. No offence, this outlet hv good staff (Kak Wan) who serve me and my friend very well.
