this kfc hire OKU as workers but they provide higher quality of service compared to other kfc outlets I've been to. Worth to supp if keep up the standard. Environment is clean and sitting on top floor of the mall this outlet is not as noisy and crowded like other outlets. Overall good place to enjoy a decent meal peacefully.

The food portion is small, only small pieces of chicken tenders. Rice is soggy. The good thing is, the chicken tenders are crispy and the rice is hot while served. Tables with two sockets to charge a phone or laptop is a Pros, but requires fast cleanup for the table after a customer leaves.

The KFC outlet wasn't exactly the best. They ran out of tomato ketchup and Thai chilli. Only left the normal chilli sauce. Chicken tasted standard as usual, it's okay.

The staff there will NOT let me (a customer) sit at any table i wanted. He say he already clean that area. I mean, is it not your job to clean all the tables? Then i was shunned to sit at another area. Lost my appetite. That's no way to treat a customer, man. Very rude.

One of the worst outlet, been here a few times usually after 7pm, they'll close the section inside already by then. Unclean tables where we had to clean it on our own before dining. No words about the staffs working there. Do smtg about it tho

colonel counters on sides. coleslaw still wins that particular contest. cempedak pie is interesting, but falls well short of good. filling too …
