Going for blood test. Front desk/assistant is very friendly, helpful and polite. Doctor also kind and friendly. Overall good experience.

Front counter staff and doctor are very friendly and helpful, however I did mention I prefer to be spoken to in English but doctor still primarily spoke to me in mandarin
