I used to buy from GC next door because of the long wait time at KOI. But this seems to have improved in my recent experiences. The newly launched black sesame series and the classic brown sugar series taste soooo good!

Very nice brown sugar milk tea itself. Tapioca balls were ok but not amazing. Overall, a nice place that even gives a little sling for the drink to carry around.

Ordered brown sugar fresh milk with 25% sugar. Ended up with 0% brown sugar and 100% fresh milk.

Holy , the normal sugar level was as if I requested extra sugar. Clearly staff did not follow sop while making the drinks. Only realize it as I drink while I left the mall already. First and last

My favourite drink is their macchiato series, especially the mango flavour, but my suggestions for those intolerant of sweet, remember to reduce the sugar level if not it will turn out too sweet. You also have to consume immediately to get the best out of the drink. Service at this outlet is quite quick.
