KOI has always been my favorite place for bubble milk tea. The pearls are chewy and delicious, with the golden bubble milk tea being my top pick. This outlet is usually very busy, but they have an app for pre-ordering and easy pick-up. There’s limited seating, so most people grab their drinks to go.
