The hub for boarding the bus to Singapore is located inside Lalaport Mall, clean, beautiful, and very convenient, only 2km from Pavillion Bukit Pitang. I booked it through the Easybook app for 400k VND, paid via Zalopay. Remember to fill out your Singapore immigration information through the Myicamobile app.

enter the building through the PUDU entrance. take the "Zone D" lift to LG1 and look for the door next to "Cafeteria". it's at the south west corner.
Velochrome
This is a great place for a KL destination for Express/VIP coaches. Conveniently located within the Lalaport Mall with F&B and retail outlets. There are two luggage lockers corner, too.
