Went to Lazo Diamond Mid Valley on 4th November 2025 @ 6:30pm to change a diamond ring that i bought within 7days. I was served by a very helpful and friendly sales assistant Mei Ling, the process of choosing and advising which one to get is honestly a 10/10 star service. She was patient and attentive with us by helping us to choose the best value diamond and ring. Nicole was the 2nd sales assistant that was super helpful too when I faced issues during the purchasing process. She was quick and attentive when it comes to solving my issues. All and all I definitely recommend coming to Lazo Diamond Mid Valley, please be sure to look for Mei Ling and Nicole for a superb experience 😁
