Staff at cashier was very rude. Two Malay girls. Was laughing about customers with another customer and refuse to tell customer where to queue up. Not well trained.

I love the store but OMG IT make me thing twice to come again . All your customer service are rude . AT the cashier , i have to Wait for about 30 minutes . So slow and talking to each other .and the que was very long . Only one casheir was open . Please next time have a supervisor and take worker who realy want to work

If you are bored of general brands like Uniqlo , Zara , H&M bla bla bla , come check out this boutique . Their prices here are only 1/3 the price of those brands mentioned above .

Very very not friendly you ask any question to the staff or cashier very hard to reply very slow at the cashier been buying clothes from shops often pls train your staff to be friendly and informative, supervisor can see how uniglo staff …

Cashier is missing. I have to yell multiple times for them to come out and make payment. Staff attitude is rude. Very poor management.
