Bad experience. I came ready to buy but the staff were so unfriendly that I decided not to proceed. Really disappointing and doesn’t represent the brand at all. No next time. Can I don’t give a star at all.

On the third day of the Lunar New Year (February 12, 2024), I visited here, and was served by a staff named Andrea. He was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, patiently introducing different perfumes. In the end, I bought two bottles of perfume and am very grateful for his assistance.

I bought santal 33 from Trx outlet. Staff asked me to keep for 2 weeks before use. I kept for a month but when i used, NO SMELL AT ALL. Is it because they mixed it wrongly? I sprayed on tissue also no smell. Can i change?
