Chinese lady shop assistant was very condescending. The other shop assistants were lovely. But her condescension put me off from buying anything. When I buy a pair of Levi’s, it won’t be from this shop.

Good. When on sales, it is worth buying. Besides that, staffs are friendly but alterations do take a long time during sales period.

My friend n I went to Levi's in One Utama and we were served by Sophia. She is new in her job but her service was exemplary as we tried many jeans but she was so cheerful. A big thank you to Sophia n also Amir who helped us with our purchases.

When I capture photo of the jeans, their staff came over and informed, I cannot capture photo of their jeans. I capture to buy a jeans for my cousin, ended I just left the store and I will never come back to this place.
