I bought one ice cream twice today, because the first one fell down. so the second time I required to use the big cup get a small portion. But the staff was so rude. It was OK to not give, but the attitude was super rude. Make me feel uncomfortable and sad. Really disappointed about the service attitude.

Quality has really gone down. Hardly any sauce. When I asked they said it was an extra charge. Really disappointing, and next time I’ll get a coconut shake from the place next door.

We were a group of six, but still, we didn't have to wait for long. Yoghurt tastes good, and all add-ons were there. The downside is that there's no sitting area for llaollao customers. Other than that, everything is perfect.

staff perempuan pakai spec was very rude. asked nicely abt the size sebab usually ada sizing cup atas table topping tapi tadi pergi takde. was rudely show us the sign with one hand without explain (size and topping). ko tudung pun senget benget tapi act like she owns the shop lewl.
