We ordered the Sanum. Honestly it just didn’t taste right at all. Fruit is not that fresh, overall the taste seems off. The last time we had it from the same store it tasted much better. Service was fine though.

This branch is much better than the one on the third floor. Good portion, patient staff (because the app kicked me out and I needed time to log back in), and presentable froyo.

I was at the llaollao outlet in the gardens mall just now. And found a piece of finger nail in my frozen yogurt. (Please refer to red circled in the attached photo) At first i just wanted to alert the staff regarding this issue as it is a very serious hygiene issue. But the staff just immediately said that its not finger nails and threw the evidence away. I’ve been a long time customer of llaollao but after this incident, I wont be buying llaollao anymore. Not only did the staff not apologise at all, they even put on a rude expression after my complaint. Though they did replace the frozen yogurt for me, but it is still from the same batch of toppings and yougurt. I am very disappointed at how the situation turned out. Hope to hear back from you soon.
