Visited today around 11:30am, intending to purchase some items as CNY gifts and to drop off empty bottles for the recycling programme. Unfortunately, the experience was made uncomfortable by a Malay staff in tudung. The visible annoyance and lack of warmth made it feel as though recycling was an inconvenience rather than an initiative encouraged by the brand. Slightly ironic, considering how actively and heavily this programme is promoted. This experience completely discouraged any purchase. The programme encourages recycling, but the staff clearly discourage it 🤷 Promoted as a positive initiative, experienced as a hassle if you’re not spending 🤷 Big Little Things campaign? More like ‘Small Patience for Recyclers’ 🤷 Recycling should feel welcomed, not tolerated!

Was at the Mid Valley outlet to purchase lip balm. Daniel introduced and let me try out several other products such as perfume, hand scrubs and hand wash. Very courteous and rendered commendable customer service. Was given skin care free samples upon payment. Overall, a very positive experience.
