Service is worst. Why all courier service charges service but do thing very slow, not efficient and bad attitude?

Bad service attitude. If I can give below 1 star I will give zero. The owner of this kiosk should monitor how is your staff working.

I am one of the regular customer here as i always drop off parcel for online orders. But to the management here, please improve yours staffs to be more proactive to approach customers, thank you.

The service here are so fast and good also the staff here are very approachable and friendly they will assist and serve you with smile and good attitude.Goodjob

Very worst service. Staff with stupid attitude. Even don't know how to talk to the elders. Talking rude in front ppl. Please try to change your staff or try to educate them on how to treat the customers. They are not doing the services for us for free.

If I had a choice I won’t go to this kiosk again. Though the services seems complete but the staff manning it was not having any smiles, don’t feel warm and friendly. I just had to get the transaction over and leave!
