good service from alya and gevita in mens department. easy to communicate using M&S whatsapps. i bring my client yesterday(7/7/25) and they served my client very well. thankyou very much to them. the system for communicate (whatsapp)is very helpful. KUDOS TO M&S GARDEN MALL. YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB!

This morning im planning to buy some stuff in Marks & Spencer since Christmas round the corner. SAD & VERY DISSAPOINTED to the staff there i remember she's wearing Tudung APlus size she's NOT being helpfull & pulling long face i recon will be longer till Sg Perak river.. i had been waiting at fitting room cause need to try few patterns & colours..she ended DID NOT helping me instead doin other stuff..only the Merchandiser Guy helping me instead .. To the MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO PROVIDE TRAINING in these retails all about services..im the regular CUSTOMERS FOR THE PAST 10YEARS!! Soo Please inprovised the services cause u guys not in Wet market i recon a civilized human being.
