So sad this brand is one of my favorite, but the service and attitude of the server (a Malay lady) was rather bad in The Gardens Mall. Part 1 My experience started like this, we pre-ordered the bag as it takes time to send from Spain. We were told that someone will call us when order arrive and they got our contact number. After about 10days, we decided to call because neither email nor phone call getting from them. First attempt was failed, second time calling was failed and third time finally, someone answered the call. We ask for the update of the order, the lady on the phone said, they won’t be able to see the order as it’s online purchase, but I told her we made purchase at The Gardens by card. She explained repeatedly impatient mood, I decided to stop. Part 2 I arrived at night about 7pm last night 4/3/26 and happily asking to see my order, well, in service line, you present your customer’s pre booked product to your customer right? The bag is not in penny value (at least act professionally la), she did not. She put the partially opened box on the counter table and leave it for us to unbox the rest and she stood aside with folded hand. Both me and my mom were in shock with her reaction. After we checked and ensured the bag was in good condition, we put the bag back into the bag protector, the black paper bag you saw in the picture were us asking her to get one, she didn’t prepare/get ready with one of those when we finish our check and about to leave. Perhaps the shop is “going-green” I don’t know.
