Terribly slow service. Takes ages to do anything. Staff seem to have an extremely lackluster attitude with many tellers seemingly free whilst customers wait.

Best Maybank branch in my opinion. Friendly and efficient staff. Front desk man is the BEST! service counter ladies also very patient and nice and friendly. No airs and not arrogant like some branches especially Cheras area. I will go all the way there to do my banking because of the good service.

I have been visiting this Maybank for more than a decade. The staff are always friendly and ready to help even when there are long lines. Waiting time is shorter compared to other Maybank branches.

I’ve felt upset when the customer service counter is not going to offer help when there’s error on atm withdrawal.Machine run down still advise customer to use.When approaching the counter they ask you to look for call center to ask for refund.
