I bought a cup of grapes and found out some fungus on it. I requested for the replacement. The worker was not willing to change for me and acted very rude to me. Customer service failed!

Beware of their small packed fruits. Bought grapes and cherries and didnt check before leave and realize few are rotten. Guess the packed fruits are in their cooler for few days and are not fresh.

Bought 3 slices of cut pineapple. I was charged RM10.40. Ridiculous isn't it. It was real profiteering. The price of whole pineapple sold in Jaya Grocer was just RM8.40 and you can cut it into 4 slices. The strange thing was the receipt stated it as fun fruit and not pineapple. Maybe I was cheated.
