The worst and slowest McDonald i have ever visit! I drop my order about 2:15AM and waited 20 over minutes to get my meal! The staff is ignorance! He attended me and just left without saying a word! I saw my meal was all ready there but they just choose to ignore! FYI, theres literally only few customers. Not even busy!

Cosy, clean and spacious, despite it is located at plaza mon't kiara shot lot building, plenty of seating at outdoor area also give it a plus point. Equipped with ordering kiosk machines, baby chairs, etc ... perhaps, staffs attitude can be improved further in today service oriental industry.

Dirty tray , McFlurry never full always half empty asked them to top up and they did so , should be never half full always the case here . Fries here are always stale and semi soft not fresh to order as other Macdonald’s in the world . They haven’t changed for months now .
