While this place markets itself as a fast food restaurant, the wait times say otherwise. Every visit, I’ve experienced delays of around 20 minutes, which is far from what you’d expect from fast food. The food itself is good, but if you’re in a hurry, this might not be the best option. I hope they work on improving their service speed.

This outlet is located on the 4th floor of the mall. It has 3 separate counters - food order, dessert and McCafe. It is usually quite crowded during peak hours especially since seating is limited. Cash and credit card is accepted plus free Wi-Fi is available

I order an iced latte with added syrup and an iced BLENDED mocha but instead I got an iced latte that taste like Americano with no added syrup and iced mocha with whip cream filling out half of the cup. The staff keeps making herself look busy when there's not even a lot of customers during service hour
