This place is not family friendly. We were refused to go in because we have a baby and a stroller. This is not very acceptable for a shop in a shopping mall of this standard.

Got my bracelet watch fix after using it for 2 years. Didn't knew it was under a new set up. Anyway the staff were tremendously helpful in repairing the watch. With no data on purchase as it was with the previous dealer, they still entertain my problem. Thanks a million guys. It's worth the trip to The Exchange TRX.
