Took my appointment immediately, were flexible when I informed there was traffic. Serves a drink and snack and sweets. Staff are polite and accommodating - and the blow dry is really nice. Didn’t take too long either.

Went there for a cut & balayage. End result turned out to be far from what I asked for! Ended up paying RM800+. Super disappointed. FYI I am spending another RM600+ to get my hair fixed from another salon because I honestly do not trust them. Service was great, but the capability of doing what I asked for did not reach my expectation for such a high price.
