Bought a montbalnc pen at montblanc shop in pavillion KL few month ago. Unfortunately, suddenly the cap clip has been loose. Many time feltdown from the pocket. Very diasappointed. Sent back to mont blanc to claim the warranty. They stafs said cannot claim the warranty? I thnik this is too much and bad service after sale

I had no idea you could go inside of these buildings. I think this was the biggest mall I have ever seen in my life, and it was so much fun! Make sure to bring a shopping budget.
