Great followup & service from motorist. However list of initial pricing given from RM 19200 was substantially reduced to RM 13800 which does not fully justify market value. Wouldnt recommend this casa dealer moving forward.

Asked for valuation but didnt know their valuation is to submit my car for dealer to bid. I had not planned for my car to be allowed to be bid online. in future please inform your customer first and seek consent.

Very prompt and excellent service from Sook Ling ...extremely proactive and definitely a level above the competition.....just be aware they dont have much control in what the dealers do with regard to final pricing but it saves so much hassle in finding purchasers . Highly recommended
