Already twice their online merchant down. Couldn't buy what I want, waste of time. DIY can't even do cashless and cardless properly.

Pretty big & well organised outlet. Staff are friendly & helpful but seem shorthanded considering the size. Most probably can find all that you need for DIY projects or hosting a party. Affordable. Quality depends on what you get.

Visited this outlet on 22.09.24. One of the more quieter Mr DIY out there. Cashiers were polite & friendly.

A lot of section blocked by cartons of good, when you ask the staff about location of goods you wanted they just tell you it's blocked, ask again if they could help to get it they will tell you same answer and ignore you

Cannot get e-invoice give QR also cannot scan always out 24 hours try again .. ask staff for change also said cannot .. i cannot claim bill from my company

Employee is incredibly rude! I asked if a certain type of screw is sold there and i was yelled and shouted at by their employees. Not only that, while he was yelling to me, he walked away furiously while waving a box knife at my direction. I felt threatened by him and i decided to defend myself.

So funny..... The price tag was wrong but sticked on the product. The worker just take off the price tag without our notice and told us its rm109.90 but the price tag shown to us was rm31. Then the worker start to act like she never see that price tag before.
