i have been tbeir customer for umpteen years. tod i sell some currency n the counter staff faisal insisted to give me all rm50 notes. i pleaded with him to give me a mix of rm100 n rm50 notes n asked him to ask his colleagues. then he turned nasty n said i shouted at him wen i did not. rude and poor service.

The rate is good, but long queue. Bring sufficient money to change the exact amount that you want.

I changed RM4000 to New Taiwan Dollar . When back only realized the resit showed RM3997 instead of RM4000, but the problem is they didn't give back the balance to me . If allowed i won't give any star to you.

One of the forex exchange counter here in Mid Valley shopping mall and was long queue especially Holiday seasons. Rate is rather competitive. Staffs were a little slow sometimes.

Best rate ever. I don't understand how they can sell for such a high rate. Bring your passport though. Highly recommend

Beware. When you call them they will quote a (fake) very good rate. 30 mins later when I arrive to exchange they published a lower rate. Reason given are the rate just changed. And I was conned twice. Scam.

There is always a long queue here... I think their rate is one of the best in town and they are friendly.
