Ordered online. Pick up location is MV outlet. Reached home, one of it has stains all over it. Contacted the store, asked us to contact the HQ. Sent email to the HQ, no reply at all. Great.

Great service by Jasmine, extremely helpful and attentive to my concern and needs. Jasmine help recommend various design and sizes until we finally found the best fit for me. As this is my first ever fitting experience with Neubodi, I definitely appreciate the great service and experience. Highly recommend Midvalley outlet staffs!
