I really like the shopping experience here. The staff let customers browse and choose freely without following or pushing, and they only give advice when asked. It feels very comfortable.

Fantastic experience! I serve by a Chinese ladies-Hui Jun the staff were not only welcoming but also really knowledgeable about the products. They gave great recommendations without being pushy. Will definitely return!

Went to Onitsuka Tiger in Gurney Plaza on day 2 of CNY and Dinie Goh was super helpful and knowledgeable. Five ***** customer service from him and he went the extra mile to help me set up my membership points. I shall definitely shop there again.
