Called in to get my One Plus's green line issue checked, technician said to bring the phone in. When I got to the SC within 30 mins at 12.45pm, technician went out for a lunch & prayer break and I'm expected to come back at 3pm.. 🤦 …

Waited since 2.45 for service my oppo new phone that bought on 26.8.25 but the phone repair person not coming till 3.25. Please don't let customer wait so long .

Came here today to replace my screen protector for my front screen for my flip its only 6.21pm yet the staff say it can't be done as they are closing at 7pm. Such a disappointing customer service
